Removing your makeup before going to sleep is key to having clear skin. Allowing makeup to build up causes blocked pores and lead to break outs! I used to use makeup wipes to remove my makeup and then washed my face was a gentle face wash, I thought this was enough but I found that I still had foundation on my skin. So I started to look for product which are gentle on the skin but also remove all signs of makeup.
I introduced a few more products into my routine but my skin reacted really badly and I had spots all over my forehead! So I began cutting down on the number of products I was using and went back to what worked for me and also added a micellar water.

How to get rid of dry skin in winter
Saturday, 21 January 2017
One thing I hate about winter is the fact that my skin gets even more dry than it already is! I have struggled a lot with my skin acting up during the cold months and making it so difficult to apply my foundation, however I feel like I have been able to control my skin this winter with a few simple steps which I will be sharing in this post.
An essential step for people with dry skin is exfoliating. So, firstly you should exfoliate your face with a facial scrub, I have been using the St Ives Gentle Apricot Facial Scrub for around 2 years and its the best facial scrub I have ever used, it has not caused any reactions or irritation even though my skin is very sensitive. I think it is very affordable as well, I highly recommend you give it a try!

Acne Treatment
Friday, 22 July 2016
A lot of people think the key to getting a flawless base is the foundation you use but it is definitely not true! The key to having beautiful makeup look is the condition your skin is in.
I know that many people find it difficult to find the right products for their skin type or how to get rid of acne/ blemishes in general. You may already know from my previous post that I have extremely sensitive/ dry skin, I also used to suffer from acne so I know the pain of stressing over how to get rid of the spots and then trying to cover it with makeup.
So if there is anyone who is in the same situation, this post might be helpful for you as I will be discussing the steps I went through to help clear up my acne, products I have used and ones I am currently using.

If you have sensitive skin then you will understand how stressful it is to find the perfect moisturiser for your face. Over the years I have tried many moisturisers/ face creams from high end to drugstore and my skin has reacted badly to every single one. I came across the brand Balance me, I had never heard of them but I wish I had been introduced to their daily essentials moisturerich face cream a long time ago! It is the best face product I have used for my dry/ extremely sensitive skin. I am now on my third one!
